So long preschool

Caylin ended preschool with a little moving on ceremony. She has had a wonderful preschool experience and is now ready to move on to Kindergarten! Some of the friends she has made will be going to the same school, hopefully that will help with the transition!

Bare neccessities

Caylin performed her dance twice this year. She had one formal dance recital, and one informal at the fair. Of course we made a day out of it!

So long middle school

Aiana said goodbye to middle school this year. As always, I am amazed at how fast these past 3 years have gone by! We're on to the next stage!

Party time!

My sweet niece celebrated her 6th birthday! Happy Birthday Kaila!

Aiana went straight from this party to her friends birthday party where she got all dressed up.

Anika

Is proud to announce "No More Diapers"!! Yay!! The Barley household officially does not have to buy diapers anymore!

I was planning on waiting to potty train until the summer when she would be outdoors more often, but all the sudden she began telling me when she had to go. So, I went with it and she's doing great!

She also now gets out of bed on her own and wakes me every morning by shoving her little face into mine. She's also beginning to protest nap time, but I'm holding onto that as long as I can.

She is such a little sweet and sour girl. Full of spirit, love, and light...yet, major feisty side! She's still a screamer, has been since birth. But for the most part, she's so easy going. Loves playing dress up and doing whatever her big sis is doing, does not like bugs, but likes to get dirty, and loves to learn new things.

Whenever she and Caylin are playing "moms" with their babies, she tells me that her babies name is "jewels" and her name is "parkles" (sparkles, but she doesn't always pronounce her s's).

New horse

Look what daddy brought home from a garage sale! The girls are treating it as a real horse!
